The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 9-15 business days
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
In Case of Breakage During Shipping
1. Please save damaged piece(s) and ALL related packing materials, including both inner and outer boxes (if applicable), foam, newsprint or bubble wrap.
2. Contact me immediately via email with a digital picture of the damage so I can make a formal claim with my shipper and replace your damaged piece.
3. Unless the above procedures are followed carefully, I will be unable to make a formal claim and replace your damaged shipment.
In this circumstance unless I have an extra replacement in stock there will be a 4-6 week turn around time to re-create your piece from scratch. Thank you for understanding the need for this time to recreate your piece.
